GREG'S LOTTERY SIGNUP SYSTEM
1- add field for patroller status after the names                               
2- check that a minimum of 2 full patrollers per patroller                      
3- instructors and mtn managers get priority round.                             
4- people who haven't submitted choices by Wednesday, get dates                 
assigned. If you have any problems, talk to Greg to switch dates.               
5- need to list empty mtn mgr dates and send email out soliciting               
volunteers                                                                      
6- figure out system/interface for switching days, and write rules.

2- determine which parts of the Manual must be revised, and assign
reviewers -- DONE
3- output Manual so it can be printed and mailed to Candidates (by end

4- setup means for recording attendance after patrol

6- get new DOL form approved
7- set up email script to Notify Mtn and Patrollers about upcoming Patrol, either 1 or 2 weeks in advance.  Text should be something like: 

"You are receiving this email since you are schedule to patrol on the dates _______. If you cannot fulfill your commitment, please find a replacement and notify the Mtn Manager of the change.

If you are the Mtn Manager, use this email to record attendence list during the patrol weekend."

8- Clean up other TBSP Manual websites and redirect too TBSPedia.
